After more than a decade as a school counselor in Chicago Public Schools and the birth of her third child, Liz Bruss faced the challenge many parents know well—balancing a fulfilling career with family life. With a passion for helping others, she saw an opportunity to make a real impact by bringing a Le Village to
her community.
As a Le Village franchise owner, Liz is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where families can connect and grow together. With two of her three kids enrolled, she is deeply invested in building a strong community where parents feel supported and
children thrive.
