Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we get asked the most.
General
Le Village is a community-focused coworking space with flexible onsite childcare.
Our flexible care packages are customizable for your individual needs. Fill out our registration request, and we will send you our current rate sheet.
We require 8 weeks of written notice to cancel a membership.
We are opening across the Midwest! Check out our locations page!
Le Village works best for parents who want to be present with their children AND have the flexibility with their work to do so. If you have a job that requires back-to-back-to-back virtual meetings, constant tight deadlines, or short lunch breaks then Village care may not be the right fit. (But we can help with talking points of how to set boundaries with your boss!)
Community
We have opportunities for weekly Coffee & Coping or Wine & Whine sessions and a full slate of events. Le Village Connected is our members-only digital platform.
We ask all parents to treat the space with respect for everyone using it. Please clean up after yourself, take care of your own dishes, and use headphones for calls. Let us know if something breaks or could make your time with us more comfortable!
Le Village is for parents seeking work / life balance and want to be present with their Kids. Most of our members have professional backgrounds or own their own business. Approximately, 70% of our current members are working mothers.
Several of our family-focused events are a perk of membership. However, keep an eye on our calendar for professional development and other ticketed events that are open to the wider community.

Health + Safety
See our sick policy here.
We vinegar-clean our toys multiple times throughout each session. We use a diluted bleach solution to clean toys, equipment, and surfaces before and after each AM/PM session and our changing tables after every use. This diluted solution is safe for children and also proven to kill COVID-19. We rotate toys every hour in our Wigglers and Early Explorers rooms so that used toys can be sanitized. During high-illness periods, we utilize UV light to sanitize the space in each of the classrooms and each of the bathrooms. There are HEPA Air Purifiers located in each classroom and throughout the public area to clean the air within the space. The space is professionally cleaned twice per week, once on Wednesday evenings, and once on Sunday evenings (post weekend events). Furniture is steam cleaned twice per year.
See our COVID 19 policies and procedures here.

No nuts (peanuts or tree nuts) are allowed in any food eaten in classrooms.
If your child has any allergies (food or other), please be sure to fill out the included Anaphylaxis Response Plan.
We require that all children at Le Village be up to date with their immunization schedule.
