Ingredients
Buttermilk
- 1c Milk
- 1 Tbs Vinegar
Pancakes
Dry Ingredients - 1c Flour - 1 Tsp Baking Powder + 1 Pinch - 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp of Salt - 2 Tbs Sugar Wet Ingredients - 2 Tbs Melted Butter - 3/4c Buttermilk Mix - 1 Egg Plus - 2 Heaping Handfuls of Blueberries - 1/4c (to ladle out pancakes) - Butter for your griddle Instructions
Make your Buttermilk.
Mix your Dry Ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix your Wet Ingredients (including your buttermilk!).
Now Mix it all together. Add your 2 heaping handfuls of Blueberries.
Ladle out your pancakes onto your buttered sizzling griddle.
Wait til bubbles appear across the surface of your pancake and it's easy to get your spatula under and then flip!
Serve with a fresh pat of butter and syrup!
